The Cannon London serviced apartments, a brand new Aparthotel in the City of London, bookable now for Spring 2016.
Guests can choose from 77 stylish studio and one bedroom serviced apartments and come and go as they please with the 24 hour reception, guaranteeing a warm welcome anytime of the day. Guests will also benefit from full access to the lounge where they can work or relax with a coffee anytime of the day.
The apartments are all fully equipped and benefit from multi-socket plugs with integrated USB ports, free superfast Wi-Fi, smart HD TV’s and of course stylish kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything you need to work remotely or simply unwind.
If a change of scenery is required, guests can escape to the onsite gym, catch the game on Sky Sports in the lounge or take advantage of the exclusive partnerships with local bars, cafes and restaurants.
Located in the heart of the City of London, The Cannon is just a short walk from St. Paul’s Cathedral, The Bank of England and the historic Tower of London. And with Mansion House, St. Paul’s and Cannon Street stations on the doorstep, getting about the City couldn’t be easier.

To achieve the maximum guests in some apartments extra configurations will apply at an extra cost. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry.
Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.
The Cannon
Changes
Once a booking has been confirmed by us, should you wish to change your booking, all requests for changes must be made in writing and The Cannon will do their best to help. Where changes can be made an administration fee of £25 + VAT per booking will be payable to The Cannon once any change has been made together with any other resulting costs (for example any increase in price).
Cancellation
Stays of less than 7 nights
The Cannon must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 1 to 6 nights, at least 7 days prior to midday on the day of arrival. Cancellations received less than 7 days (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply) prior to arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.
Stays of 7–27 nights
The Cannon must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 – 27 nights at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply) prior to the arrival date The Cannon will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights
The Cannon must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date The Cannon will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply).
Deposits
A deposit covering additional charges that may be incurred during your current (or any future) booking with The Cannon, breakages and damages may be taken at the time of booking. Upon arrival at the apartment debit/credit card details may also be taken as security for any additional charges (which may be charged separately by The Cannon or the preferred supplier).
Credit Card Surcharge
Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta). A transaction fee of 3% of the total amount payable will be applied when you pay for your booking by Diners Club or American Express card. No transaction fee is applied if payment is made by any other card. Transaction fees are non-refundable.
Cleaning
The Cannon expects the apartments to be left in a reasonable state on departure. If, at The Cannon’s discretion, additional cleaning is required on departure, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional charge. When the duration of the reservation is in excess of 28 days, a discretionary final cleaning charge of up to £100 plus VAT may be charged. In addition, if an apartment is deemed unfit for occupation, the booker /guest will be obliged to pay compensation to The Cannon for loss of revenues in addition to the costs of cleaning and repair. The Cannon reserves the right to charge £100 plus VAT (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning to an apartment and/or its contents where smoking has taken place in a smoke free building.
Check in / Check Out
Apartments are available for occupation from 16:00 hours on the day of arrival to 10:00 hours on the day of departure.
It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.

Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
