The property is located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Lewisham, with good transportation connections to central London and beyond. Lewisham DLR and train stations are a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute bus ride (2 stops), 15 minutes to Canary Wharf, 7 minutes to London Bridge, and just 15 minutes to London Waterloo and Charing Cross stations.
The Lewisham Serviced Apartment is a newly refurbished, unique 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom short-term rental property with a private entrance. This business property is ideally located in South London. Located in the recently renovated upstairs attic, it has a completely private staircase. This Lewisham serviced apartment is just completed and offers a modern life throughout the second floor of this historic building. There are 2 spacious double rooms with wardrobes, desks and luxurious authentic Indonesian double beds. The windows are double glazing and the floor is soundproofed to ensure ultimate privacy. The front bedroom has a brand new private bathroom with a hand-carved Indonesian wooden table with shower, skylight and stone sink. Both bedrooms have an antique fireplace that adds to the unique look and design of this property. The second bathroom is in the corridor, with natural light coming in through the rear-facing windows. It features a modern shower, a hand-carved stone sink and a whitewashed bathroom table imported from Indonesia.
For additional guests we have a small double sofa bed which we can set up for additional guests (5 or 6).
Please note that we will only provide linen and bedding for the sofa bed if the apartment is booked for 5-6 guests. If you book for 1-4 guests only, we won’t provide any additional bedding.

We can arrange parking for you on the property grounds for £15/night of your stay. We rent our parking space out otherwise, so please ensure you secure your spot as soon as possible.
