Cancellations must be sent by email to London Serviced Apartments between 9am and 5pm on business days and will be effective only from the time of receipt. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received, please call us to check if so.
Cancellations made after this time, or for guests who fail to arrive (No-show), will be subject to cancellation charges outlined in the terms and conditions
