Boardwalk Place serviced apartments in Canary Wharf are superbly located in the fashionable Canary Wharf area and has stylish apartments with outstanding waterfront views (available for most apartments). Providing more space and greater independence than traditional hotel accommodation, these apartments are ideally situated for business or pleasure. Flanked by Canary Wharf and the Millennium Dome, they are designed for today’s flexible lifestyle.
The apartments have been furnished to a four star specification. They are spacious and modem with polished wooden floors and an interior design that is exquisite. All apartments are equipped with a stereo, wide screen television and video recorder in the living room, and televisions in the master bedrooms, both of which can receive sky digital.
We provide power showers with variable settings, and the heated towel rails add a luxurious touch to the tiled bathrooms. All apartments benefit from a balcony or terrace, the majority of which overlook the River Thames and the marina.
Three bedroom apartments are ideal for families as they include a separate kitchen, a sofa bed and a balcony that can be entered from the living area as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom is spacious, housing a double size bed, with an en-suite bathroom, whereas the twin bedroom and a room with a day bed/study share a separate bathroom situated in the hallway. This apartment can comfortably sleep up to seven people.
There are quality shops and a great choice of restaurants and café bars to enjoy, with leisure and sports facilities nearby – and the heart of London’s West End and the City’s financial centre are a short ride away on the new Jubilee Line extension and the Docklands Light Railway.
The rates in the table below are guide prices and may differ from the actual prices quoted to you upon enquiry.
Tenancy Agreement (only applicable for stays of 6 months and over)
The tenant will be asked to sign a general tenancy agreement. If a third party wants to settle the invoice with rent and VAT on behalf of the tenant, the full name, address, telephone & fax number and email address of the third party will be required in addition to the tenant’s contact details.
Deposit (only applicable for stays of 6 months and over)
To confirm a booking, we will require a deposit equal to 4 weeks rent exclusive of VAT. A full refund will be organised no later than 3 weeks after departure if the apartment is left in good condition (as specified in tenancy agreement).
We require full pre-payment of rent and VAT charges prior to check-in with a maximum of 4 weeks for stays from 4 weeks onwards. Succeeding invoices will be issued every 28 days. Invoices can be paid by credit card, in cash, by cheque or via bank transfer. Our bank details will be re-confirmed on each pro-forma invoice issued.
A credit card number and expiry date of the tenant will be requested when making a booking to guarantee the apartment and to cover extra charges made by the tenant during their stay. Please note that the credit card will be pre-authorised (will be charged upon check-out only) in the amount of £250.00 upon check-in of the guest.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
All cancellations must be received in writing.
For reservations of 1 – 6 nights, notice of cancellation must be recieved 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to prevent 1 nights accommodation charge being levied as a cancellation fee.
For reservations of 7 – 28 nights, notice of cancellation must be recieved 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to prevent 2 nights accommodation charge being levied as a cancellation fee.
For reservations over 28 nights, notice of cancellation must be recieved 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to prevent 3 nights accommodation charge being levied as a cancellation fee.
Special deposit and cancellation terms will apply for stays during exhibitions.
