Deposit on Reservation
On booking a deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your credit card. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival, and will also be taken from your credit card. You are entitled to a refund of all or part of your deposit if you cancel the booking, as long as you cancel within the terms of the cancellation policy.

A security deposit, which is refundable on departure is required for all apartments_client. This is either a signed credit card imprint of £250 or cash deposit.

Cancellation 

Bookings of 1 to 30 nights.

For Bookings cancelled by 2pm GMT 1 week prior to the day of arrival, no fee will be charged. Cancellations within this time will be subject to a charge equal to the full accommodation cost or a maximum of 7 nights.

Bookings of 30 nights or more.

For Bookings cancelled by 2pm GMT 2 weeks prior to the day of arrival, no fee will be charged. Cancellations within this time will be subject to a charge equal to the full accommodation cost or a maximum of 7 nights.

All cancellations must be received in writing via email and we will issue you with a unique cancellation reference number. Any exceptions to the above policies will be made at our discretion. Non-arrival for a confirmed reservation will be treated as a No-Show.

Damage liability: clients are liable for the cost(s) of repair and/or replacement arising as a result of misuse and/or negligence in connection with any part of the building or contents therein. A security deposit of £350 is payable by credit card imprint or cash upon arrival, to be held against any such damage and/or loss and which will be refunded in full (or in part as appropriate) in the event that no damage or loss has been caused by the client during their stay. This is without prejudice to any claim by Collingham Serviced Apartments for any amount greater than the aforesaid security deposit. No parties or noisy gatherings permitted.

This hotel assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewels, or other valuables, unless placed in the safe deposit boxes located in the apartments_client. We are not responsible for contents left in the apartment. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part of the full amount of these charges.
