Description

The Studio apartments are the ideal option for those tenants who want to have a good value home without refusing to have their own luxury, spacious place to live.

Each studio is open-plan with more spacious residence. They feature a broad bathroom with both a bathtub and separate walk-in shower.

They also offer a walk in wardrobe and a fully equipped refurbished mini kitchen. They can host from 1 to 3 adults and are serviced and cleaned 5 times per week Monday -Friday. The size of the apartment is 17’8 x 13’9 in (5.4m x 4.2m)  approx 38 sqm

It includes all the services and facilities of the hotel, including complimentary luggage storage. All the tenants will have special discounts in the outlets of the hotel.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

A tenancy agreement is required for all lengths of stay.

Rates are inclusive of maid service, linen change, council tax, TV licence, telephone line rental, service, maintenance & utility charges, complimentary use of inhouse gymnasium, and air-conditioning.

For bookings which are less than 3 months, 14 days priors notice of cancellation is required.

Payment is required require 1 month prior to arrival and monthly in advance.

The above rates are Negotiated Rates and include VAT

The Negotiated Rates do not include breakfast. Breakfast charge is: £18.00 per person

Apartment guests are entitled to use the Hotel gym on a complimentary basis

Apartment guests are not permitted to access the Level Lounge under any circumstances

Cancellation Policy:

 

31+ days: no cancellation

30 – 15 days: 50% cancellation charge of the first month’s rent

14 – 8 days: 75% cancellation charge of the first month’s rent

7 – 0 days: 100% cancellation charge of the first month’s rent

Payment Policy:

 

First month’s rent is due at the time the booking confirmation is received from Melia White House Apartments.

Should payment of the first month’s rent not be made within 7 days prior to the guest’s arrival date, Melia White House Apartments have the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation penalties as stipulated above under ‘Cancellation Policy’.

Should payment not been made prior to the guest’s arrival date, Melia White House Apartments reserve the right to charge the client on arrival for the first month’s rent in advance.

For bookings confirmed within 7 days of arrival, payment is required immediately at the time of booking to confirm the stay.

The subsequent month/s rent must be paid 14 days in advance of the start of the following 30 nights.

Declaration: Booking Declaration

It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.

Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.

Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
