BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note all our apartments are Non-Smoking and its strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. However you are allowed to smoke in the designated smoking areas such as balconies or roof terrace or outside the main entrance. Please look for the signs. Contrary to advising you about our policy on smoking we have discovered evidence of smoking in your room, a penalty of £150 will be charged to your account.

If damage to the apartment and its inventory or disturbance to other guests has occurred, the cost to the apartment provider of the damage or disturbance that has occurred will be retained from the credit card provided during the time of check-in. The Residen reserves the right to charge the credit card for any such matters.

We do not allow any visitors after 7pm and all visitors must be registered prior to arrival to Duty Manager. Any unauthorised persons or trespassers will be prosecuted immediately.
