Attractions

Big Ben is one of London’s most recognizable icons sitting north of The River Thames. The name was actually given specifically to the bell on the clock tower at The Houses of Parliament and is a perfect photo opportunity.

For art enthusiasts, Westminster is home to the National Gallery, National Portrait Gallery and Tate Britain. You can also visit The Royal Academy of Arts, an independent, privately funded institution led by eminent artists and architects.

Houses of Parliament

Around

Westminster underground station is served by the Circle line, the Jubilee line and the District line. St James's Park also has an underground station, which is connected to the Circle line and District line. There are a number of bus routes that go through the area.
