Non-Smoking:

Please note that the smoking ban across the UK is now enforced and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel including all suites and public areas. A ‘smoking fee’ will be charged to any suite that the management determines has been smoked in. The fee will be determined by the General Manager as appropriate to the case.

Sofa bed : £200 supplementary charge / Baby cot – free

Extension of Stay / Early Departure:

Should you require an extension or reduction of a bookings’ length of stay, please notify our reservations team as soon as possible. Please note that this may result in an adjustment of the above mentioned room rate as this is based on the length of stay.

Cancellation :

Should you wish to cancel your reservation please cancel no later than 72  hours prior to arrival.

Pet Fees : Deposit £150. pet fee, £30 incl. VAT per night per pet. Max size 22kg/50 pounds

Check-In and Check Out: 

Check-in time is at 3:00pm. Hyatt House London Stratford will be happy to store luggage for early arrivals. Please note guests will be asked to provide a credit card pre-authorisation for incidentals – this will typically be £50.00 per night subject to length of stay.

Check-out time is at 12noon. Hyatt House London Stratford is happy to accommodate late check-outs based on the availability of the appropriate suite(s), but sadly this cannot be guaranteed. If a suite is occupied past any agreed time, an additional charge may be applied.

Internet Access:

Hyatt House London Stratford offers all guests complimentary Wifi.

Special Requests:

Please let us know of any special requirements prior to arrival such as taxi arrangements, preferences etc. Any services incurring a cost will be added to the guests’ account unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance.

General suite conditions: Any damage to our suites or public areas caused by a guest that is considered to be beyond fair wear and tear or malicious may incur a charge for which the guest and/or their company is liable.

Loss and damage: Guests are advised to insure their personal property as Hyatt House London Stratford cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

Use of Accommodation: The accommodation is for the sole use of the person(s) specified at the time of booking.
