Overview

Stamford Street Apartments, former 19th Century Unitarian Chapel, retains a classic style within a contemporary setting. These modern serviced apartments offer a stunning selection of one and two bedroom apartments, two bedroom penthouses.

Stamford Street Apartments are located near lively South Bank on the Thames river, close to London Eye and London Bridge. The National Theatre, Tate Modern and The Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre are within easy reach, only 10 minutes’ walk.

The elegant and spacious apartments boast a  fully furnished kitchen, concierge service, free Wi-Fi, freeview TV. To supplement your pleasant stay, tea and coffee are supplied. Cleaning service is also provided once a week. Cots are available upon request.

Waterloo underground station is only 9 minutes’ walk from apartments and it has Bakerloo, Jubilee line and Northern line services. A wide array of coffee shops and restaurants can be found in the area.

Please note that there are refurbishment works taking place Monday – Fridays

Cancellations

An administration charge of £25 plus VAT will apply to all amendments and cancellations.

For stays of 1-6 nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 72 hours prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the full cost of the booking.

For stays of 7-27 nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 7 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 7 nights.

For stays of 28+ nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.

Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

Early Departure:

For stays of 1-6 nights, the full cost of the booking will apply irrespective of the guests early departure.

For stays of 7+ nights, notice of early departure is required, in writing, 14 days prior to the guest’s new departure date. Please note: you may be subject to an increased rate band (see below) should your final length of stay be shorter than the original booking period.
