Only under special conditions will credit cards be accepted.
Standard Rate
The full cost of the reservation is charged/taken at the time of booking.
10% of the booking value is not refundable should the guest cancel at any time after the booking is made.
The booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival with no additional charge. [The initial 10% of the booking value will not be refunded]
If cancelled after 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the reservation is retained and not refunded.
Non-refundable
The full cost of the reservation is charged at the time of booking and is not refundable at any time.
