London Wall Gate is a boutique collection of elegant suites and one bedroom apartments that have been carefully designed to provide you with a stylish, comfortable place to call home when in London for a few days or more.
Offering the space, flexibility and quality that discerning guests demand, the intelligently-designed apartments blend the best of old and new – traditional architecture and contemporary design. We’ve paid close attention to preserving the original features of this heritage building and each suite has its own unique, luxurious touches – including open fireplaces, cornicing and extra high ceilings.
London Wall Gate is a property of provenance and beauty – each of the 27 suites and apartments features design-led living quarters to entertain or hold meetings as you would at home; alongside fully-fitted kitchens with high-end appliances and the cooking accessories required to prepare a meal. Note that not all of the apartments have a dishwasher or a washer and dryer, please request these facilities at the time of booking if they are of necessity to you. The overall effect is one of quintessentially British luxury, but with an emphasis on genuine comfort and homeliness.

The friendly and professional concierge team are available 24/7 either at the property itself or over the phone to welcome and assist guests during their stay.

To achieve the maximum guests in some apartments extra configurations will apply at an extra cost. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry.
Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.
Changes
Once a booking has been confirmed by us, should you wish to change your booking, all requests for changes must be made in writing and Arne Street will do their best to help. Where changes can be made an administration fee of £25 + VAT per booking will be payable to Arne Street once any change has been made together with any other resulting costs (for example any increase in price).
Cancellation
Stays of less than 7 nights
Arne Street must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 1 to 6 nights, at least 7 days prior to midday on the day of arrival. Cancellations received less than 7 days (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply) prior to arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.
Stays of 7–27 nights
Arne Street must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 – 27 nights at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply) prior to the arrival date Arne Street will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights
Arne Street must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date Arne Street will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply).
Deposits
A deposit covering additional charges that may be incurred during your current (or any future) booking with Arne Street , breakages and damages may be taken at the time of booking. Upon arrival at the apartment debit/credit card details may also be taken as security for any additional charges (which may be charged separately by Arne Street or the preferred supplier).
Credit Card Surcharge
Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta). A transaction fee of 3% of the total amount payable will be applied when you pay for your booking by Diners Club or American Express card. No transaction fee is applied if payment is made by any other card. Transaction fees are non-refundable.
Cleaning
Arne Street expects the apartments to be left in a reasonable state on departure. If, at Arne Street ’s discretion, additional cleaning is required on departure, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional charge. When the duration of the reservation is in excess of 28 days, a discretionary final cleaning charge of up to £100 plus VAT may be charged. In addition, if an apartment is deemed unfit for occupation, the booker /guest will be obliged to pay compensation to Arne Street for loss of revenues in addition to the costs of cleaning and repair. Arne Street reserves the right to charge £100 plus VAT (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning to an apartment and/or its contents where smoking has taken place in a smoke free building.
Check in / Check Out
Apartments are available for occupation from 16:00 hours on the day of arrival to 10:00 hours on the day of departure.
It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.
Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.
Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
