Abbot’s Yard, Guildford is conveniently located moments away from Guildford’s mainline train station and bustling town centre, the cobbled streets are lined with shops, restaurants and bars ideal for an everyday adventure. Guildford Mainline Station will also speed you to Portsmouth or London Waterloo with both stopping and direct services.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Standard Check-in / Check-out Policy

CHECK-IN: Check-in will be possible from 3pm on the day of arrival Please always arrange check-in prior to arrival as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early arrivals only on request.

CHECK-OUT: You will be requested to leave the apartment by 10am on the day of departure. Extended check-out only on request.

Standard Cancellation Policy
For bookings of 7 Nights or less – 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 3 nights accommodation. For bookings of 8 Nights+ to 1 Month – 1 Week prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 1 Week accommodation. For bookings of 1 Month+ – 2 Weeks prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 2 Weeks accommodation In case of no-show – cancellation charges equal to 2 Weeks accommodation will be charged

Credit Card details will be taken at the time of booking.
