Essential services

These support security, forms, searching, saved shortlists you request and booking or payment where available. Search-return information and booking progress use session storage. A shortlist cookie (lsa-favourites) is set when you save a property and lasts up to 30 days. Your selected currency is remembered for the browser session unless you enable preferences. Dismissing a notice can be remembered for one hour. WordPress, Wordfence and form spam protection may use security cookies; booking and payment providers may use necessary security storage when you use those services.

Preferences and personalisation (optional)

With your permission, recently viewed properties are stored on this browser under slg-interest-v2 for seven days after each view, up to 12 properties. They help show relevant recommendations and are not sent to an advertising service. A selected currency can be remembered for up to one year. Turning this category off clears recently viewed information and removes persistent currency storage.

Analytics and marketing (optional)

On production sites where configured, analytics measures website use and marketing measures campaign performance or recognises business visits. Google Tag Manager can load these services. Our existing shared tag container is held back unless both analytics and marketing are accepted, so accepting just one category does not enable the other. Microsoft Clarity, when enabled for launch, will be covered by these choices. Common provider cookies include _ga (up to two years), _gid (one day), _gcl_au and _fbp (up to three months), _clck (one year) and _clsk (one day), depending on the configured provider. Tracking is disabled on staging.

Your choices and records

The slg_consent cookie remembers your choices for 182 days. We store a random consent identifier, categories, policy version and timestamp for up to 12 months to record your choice. This record does not include your name, email, IP address or browsing history. Records are automatically removed after that period. A material policy change may prompt you again.
