If you’re looking for something fresher, our Newly Restored Apartments are nearly brand new, offering a contemporary living experience. All apartments are equipped with full cooking facilities, giving you the freedom to prepare your meals with ease.

In Standard and Refurbished apartments there is a centrally controlled heating system which is operated between 1st October – 1st May. Portable heating is available upon request.

Dolphin Square is currently undergoing a restoration programme to improve interiors, gardens, amenities and apartments whilst maintaining and preserving the exterior fabric of the buildings. Restoration works may be taking place across the square during your stay between 9am 12.30pm and 2pm – 5pm on weekdays. Please ask for further information as the project continues.
