BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Hotel Policy

Check-in: Between 15:00  and 23:00 hours – Check-out: Anytime before 11:00 hours on the day of departure – Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. – Fill the registration card – You’ll need to let the property know in advance what time you’ll arrive.

A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Strict No-Party policy and no loudly music at any time and there is a fine of £300 if guests are found to have violated this rule.

No visitor at any time. Only the guests who registers in the check in time is allowed inside the premises, if we notice another guest who not registers with us in the check in time will result a fine of £300.

Not allowed more than the occupancy of the guests shown in your booking.

It’s against the law to smoke in these premises. Smoking and any handling of fire or naked flames is strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in a £300 fine.

Keep the apartment clean and tidy.

Late check out than 11 am will charge full day.

Any damaged or missing for the apartment furniture, will charge the price of the damaged\missed item.

Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable Rate: If your reservation cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
