Housekeeping service:

Complimentary weekly housekeeping services is provided to all our apartments from Monday to Friday between 10am to 3pm. All linens are changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week. If you require any additional cleaning service, please contact our property caretaker who will help to arrange this service at an additional cost.

Wi-Fi Internet:

All apartments are provided with a free Wi-Fi.

Fire safety and Alarm:

In case of fire, operate the nearest fire alarm call point, leave the building by the nearest available exit, report to the person in charge of assembly point and Do Not return to the building until authorised to do so.

Please do inform the Duty Manager if you need any assistance during the time.

Smoking Policy:

Please note all our apartments are Non-Smoking and its strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. However, you are allowed to smoke in the designated smoking areas such as balconies or roof terrace or outside the main entrance. Please look for the signs. Contrary to advising you about our policy on smoking we have discovered evidence of smoking in your room, a penalty of £150 will be charged to your account.

Damage to the Property:

If damage to the apartment and its inventory or disturbance to other guests has occurred, the cost to the apartment provider of the damage or disturbance that has occurred will be retained from the credit card provided during the time of check-in. The Residen reserves the right to charge the credit card for any such matters.

Cot and Extra Beds (Additional Occupancy)

0-1 year – Cot upon request

2 Years – Cot upon request Free – Extra Bed upon request – £30 per child per night

3+ Years – Extra Bed upon request £30 per child per night

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The maximum number of extra beds and cots allowed is dependent on the room you choose. Please check your selected room for the maximum capacity.

All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

Important Note:

We do not allow any visitors after 10 pm and all visitors must be registered prior to arrival to our property caretaker. Any unauthorised persons or trespassers will be prosecuted immediately.

Cancellation Policy:

Duration of Bookings from 1 to 20 nights:

• Notice given less than 14 days prior to arrival: One Weeks rental accommodation cost will be charged.
• More than 14 days prior to arrival: No Charge

Duration of Bookings from 21 nights and above:

• Notice given less than 21 days prior to arrival: Two weeks rental accommodation cost will be charged.
• More than 21 days prior to arrival: No Charge

Cancellation Policy:

• Notice given less than 14 days prior to arrival: One Weeks rental accommodation cost will be charged.
• More than 14 days prior to arrival: No Charge

For an early departure, the same 14-day notice is required.
