This apartment is located on the top floor of a converted London townhouse. The space includes a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom. The carpeted bedroom offers plenty of storage, with a separate cubby for those who prefer to bring everything with them! With over 60 square meters of space, this apartment is generously sized for the area, providing more than enough room for two people to comfortably enjoy. Additionally, there’s a small outdoor patio accessible from the bathroom, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal and drinks.

Stays under 28 nights – 14 days’ notice
Stays of 28 nights or more – 30 days’ notice
The Client must inform the Operator as soon as possible regarding any reduction to the duration of a booking.
In the event that the Client serves the adequate notice period for a booking cancellation or amendment, no additional room nights will be charged. However, in such circumstances, the provider reserves the right to revise the room rate for the duration of the stay retrospectively – to reflect the actual length of the stay.
In the event that the Client serves less than the notice period required for a cancellation or amendment, the provider will charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee shall be equivalent to the number of nights falling within the cancellation/amendment period. In such circumstances, the provider reserves the right to revise the room rate for the duration of the stay retrospectively – to reflect the actual length of the stay.
