The “Royal Suites”, is a magnificent Victorian building which has recently undergone a comprehensive restoration to provide a selection of some of the most outstanding apartments in London.
This grand property is located directly opposite Kensington Palace and the gardens that are open to all visitors. It is close to Kensington High Street which offers an abundance of excellent shopping and nightlife, from its large department stores to its acclaimed restaurants and exquisite antique shops. Leading off the high street is Church Street which has become extremely popular for antique enthusiasts. The quaint streets behind Kensington High Street become very interesting once explored, not only the beautiful architecture but the shops get smaller and smaller and become that little bit more interesting.
This property contains 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, each of which combines elegance with luxurious surroundings. All of the apartments are extremely spacious and ideal for entertaining.
Whilst providing all modern conveniences, we have, in many of the apartments, retained the wonderful original high ceilings that are associated with Victorian architecture. All guests at the “The Royal Suites” have the benefits of charming bedrooms, fully fitted kitchens, air cooling systems and underground car parking. The Royal Suites is the ideal residence for the most discerning guests.
The rates in the table below are guide prices and may differ from the actual prices quoted to you upon enquiry.
Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.
The tenant will be asked to sign a general tenancy agreement.
If a third party wants to settle the invoice with rent and VAT. on behalf of the tenant, we will require the full name, address, telephone & fax number and email address from the latter in addition to the tenant’s contact details.
Deposit & Payment Terms
To confirm a booking, we require a deposit equal to 4 weeks rent exclusive of VAT. A full refund will be organised no later than 3 weeks after departure, less any damages or unpaid charges.
In addition to the deposit, we also request pre-payment comprising 4 weeks rent inclusive of VAT. Succeeding invoices will be issued every 28 days. Invoices can be paid by credit card, cash, cheque or via bank transfer. Our bank details will be provided on each pro-forma invoice issued.
Accepted Credit Cards
All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card.
All major credit cards accepted.
Credit card payments have a surcharge of between 1.5 – 4.5 %
Cancellation & Early Departure Terms
1. If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival we would charge 3 weeks rent in the Summer Period (May – September) and 2 weeks rent in the Winter Period (October – April). If it is cancelled 3 to 4 weeks prior to arrival we will charge 1 weeks rent.
2. We are unable to confirm a particular apartment until about one to two months prior to arrival, the reason for this is we often have extension requests from guests currently in-house and we ask for 28 days notice if they wish to extend.
Early Departure cancellation policy applicable to 6 weeks stays and over :
A minimum of 2 weeks notice should be given in the event of early departure to avoid cancellation charges.
