From 21 Sale place you will be in the heart of Paddington and able to explore the beautiful Northern side of Hyde Park or the picturesque canals of little Venice. It is next to the recently regenerated Paddington Basin. Here you will find supermarkets, restaurants and public spaces. These include a floating park in the middle of the canal, a fantastic street food market called Kerb and Pergola Paddington which offers outdoor drinks and food from different food stands under heaters and awnings.
A 2 minute walk away from Sale Place is Edgware Road. Aside from the buzzing middle eastern eateries and shisha bars you will find Edgeware Road Station which has links to the Circle and District, Hammersmith and Bakerloo lines to take you across London.
Paddington is shielded from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street and is largely a quieter and more residential area. However at your doorstep you have access to the trendy neighbourhoods of Notting Hill and Marylebone. Within Paddington itself there are restaurants from all over the world, art galleries, music and, of course, pubs. Tuesdays and Thursdays welcome a flourish of activities as food vendors and artists set up street markets. Throughout the year the local council puts on activities in the parks such as festivals, Christmas fun fairs and summer outdoor cinemas.

To achieve the maximum guests in some apartments extra configurations will apply at an extra cost. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry.
RENT AND PAYMENT
- The rate per night including all bills and weekly stay over clean with linen exchange (please do not bring or purchase white textiles).
- WIFI is a complimentary service. Personal usage only.
- The rent is payable in advance.
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation on or within the 7 days before arrival.
- In house cancellation policy is 7 days notice; where the 7 days from notice is non refundable. The remainder of the booking after 7th day is refundable less a 15% cancellation fee on the total refundable amount.
- Requested apartment re-allocations, once in-house, will be charged £50.00+VAT to cover cleaning and admin charges)
- No deposit required
- Non – refundable bookings will be stated by the agent
Payments can be made by:
1) Email quote – we will send an email with a secure payment link attached. Debit cards are encouraged. Credit may incur bank charges. Amex cards are not accepted
2) Bank transfer (transfer payments can only be accepted for reservations that are made more than 2 weeks in advance). This must be paid immediately to reach our account in time for arrival)
