Apartments range from studio to three bedrooms and feature elegant room proportions, air conditioning, fully equipped Rationale fitted kitchen and Philippe Starck bathroom suites with marble finishes and power showers.
The majority of apartments benefit from private balconies, terraces or courtyards and have direct southerly views over the private gardens to which all residents have access.
It also has a superb Central London location with easy access to internationally renowned shops of Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea along with leading restaurants, cafe bars, Royal Parks, museums and West End theatres.
Alternatively, a leisurely 10-minute stroll to the picturesque Hyde Park is recommended for those who prefer the peace and serenity of nature.
The rates in the table below are guide prices and may differ from the actual prices quoted to you upon enquiry.
Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.
The tenant will be asked to sign a general tenancy agreement. If a third party wants to settle the invoice with rent and VAT on behalf of the tenant, we will require the full name, address, telephone & fax number and email address from the latter in addition to the tenant’s contact details.
Deposit & Payment Terms
To confirm a booking, we require a deposit equal to 4 weeks rent exclusive of VAT. A full refund will be organised no later than 3 weeks after departure, less any damages or unpaid charges.
In addition to the deposit, we also request pre-payment comprising 4 weeks rent inclusive of VAT. Succeeding invoices will be issued every 28 days. Invoices can be paid by credit card, cash, cheque or via bank transfer. Our bank details will be provided on each pro-forma invoice issued.
Cancellation & Early Departure Terms
If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival we would charge 3 weeks rent in the Summer Period (May – September) and 2 weeks rent in the Winter Period (October – April). If it is cancelled 3 to 4 weeks prior to arrival we will charge 1 weeks rent.
We are unable to confirm a particular apartment until about one to two months prior to arrival, the reason for this is we often have extension requests from guests currently in-house and we ask for 28 days notice if they wish to extend.
Early Departure cancellation policy applicable to 6 weeks stays and over:
A minimum of 2 weeks notice should be given in the event of early departure to avoid cancellation charges.
