These gorgeous apartments are located in the heart of Fitzrovia. The closest underground stations are Goodge Street, Great Portland Street and Oxford Circus. There is a communal laundry but please note, there is no lift in the building or parking available. The rate per night are including all bills and weekly stay over clean with linen exchange (please do not bring or purchase white textiles)

- The rent is payable in advance.
- Notice of cancellation is required at least 7 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival, all monies received will be refunded less a 15% of the total booking cost cancellation fee. Refunds, where applicable, may take up to 21 days.
- In house cancellation policy is 7 days’ notice in which within the 7 days from notice is non-refundable and after the 7th day becomes refundable less 15%.
- Requested apartment re-allocations, once in-house, will be charged £30.00+VAT to cover cleaning and admin charges)
