BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Housekeeping

  • 14–28 night stays: Mid-stay clean included
  • 29+ night stays: Fortnightly clean included
  • Additional cleaning: At additional charge
  • Stays between 7 – 14 nights – housekeeping is at an additional charge.

 

Payment

There is no charge for transfers.

Credit card payments incur an additional merchant service fee of 1.75% of the transaction value

Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows for pre-arrival and also once in-house:

1 – 6 night stays:

Cancellations must be by 1:00pm, 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival, or a penalty of 1 night’s accommodation will be incurred.

7 – 89 night stays:

Cancellations must be by 1:00pm, 7 days prior to arrival, or a penalty of up to 7 nights’ accommodation will be incurred.

+ 90 night stays:

Cancellations must be by 1:00pm, 14 days prior to arrival, or a penalty of up to 14 nights’ accommodation will be incurred.

Date changes:
Date changes must abide by the above cancellation policies.

Extensions:
Extensions remain subject to availability at the time of request.

Pet Policy:

As a general rule, we permit one pet per apartment across our pet-friendly properties. Pets must be at least one year old, under 20kgs and fully house-trained. There may be exceptions to the rule under certain circumstances – please contact our friendly Reservations Team for more information.

Additional cleaning fee is charged when bringing a pet. This cost covers the need to undertake a deep clean, where commercial machinery is used to sanitise all surfaces, including furniture & flooring, to respect our guests that may have pet-induced allergies. Our friendly Reservations Team will let you know how much the cleaning fee is at the time of your booking.

 

Declaration: Booking Declaration

It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.

Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.

Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
