We are a non-smoking hotel. There is a designated outdoor smoking area on the dockside near the bridge.

Complimentary accessible parking is available for Blue Badge holders, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we do not offer general guest parking. However, paid parking is available nearby at ExCeL London (just a short walk away). We recommend using ExCeL car park (Weast Entrance) for the most convenient access.
