For Bookings of 7 nights upto 3 months:

Full Tenancy Agreement to be completed and signed by Landlord and Client.

Invoice to be paid in full prior to arrival.

Deposit to be paid to the value equal to £1,750 per bedroom.  Refundable at the end of stay with interest and minus any dilapidations.

For Bookings of 3 months plus:

Full Tenancy Agreement (Corp or Individual) to be completed, signed, witnessed by both parties.

13 weeks rent (3 months) to be paid in advance.

Deposit to be paid to the value equal to 4 weeks rent.  Refundable at the end of the stay.  Dilapidation charges to be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned to the client.

Payment Methods:

Preferred method of payment is by CHAPs (same day bank transfer); BACS (bank transfer) or Cheque.

Credit Cards can be accepted for payment of sundries. (Amex/Diners/Visa/Mastercard).


An option to extend can be placed on all bookings with 2 weeks prior notice in writing of the clients requirement to extend.
