With spacious and contemporary design you will have everything you need to feel right at home. Whether you are a single business traveler or large family visiting the glorious capital, each apartment has been carefully configured for space, style and luxury.
On your doorstep are London’s top attractions; Madame Tussaud’s, Regents Park, the West End and the British Museum. Set on bustling Tottenham Street, you are right in the center of vibrant and dynamic Fitzrovia.
Scala House is easily accessed from the City and beyond. Heathrow via the Piccadilly Line and Gatwick Express from London Victoria Station you can immediately access all that London has to offer.
When you arrive you will be greeted by the friendly reception staff who will check you in and show you to your apartment. If you arrive outside of the reception hours which are 10am- 10pm, don’t despair; there is a 24 hour emergency number and luggage can be stored if required. Unfortunately there is no on-site parking.
All apartments come fully installed with free wi-fi, washer/dryers and dishwashers

To achieve the maximum guests in some apartments extra configurations will apply at an extra cost. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry.
Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.
Once a booking has been confirmed by us, should you wish to change your booking, all requests for changes must be made in writing and Scala House will do their best to help. Where changes can be made an administration fee of £25 + VAT per booking will be payable to Scala House once any change has been made together with any other resulting costs (for example any increase in price).
Stays of less than 7 nights
Scala House must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 1 to 6 nights, at least 7 days prior to midday on the day of arrival. Cancellations received less than 7 days (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply) prior to arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.
Stays of 7–27 nights
Scala House must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 – 27 nights at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply) prior to the arrival date Scala House will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights
Scala House must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date Scala House will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation (except for Jersey bookings where the provisions set out below will apply).
A deposit covering additional charges that may be incurred during your current (or any future) booking with Scala House , breakages and damages may be taken at the time of booking. Upon arrival at the apartment debit/credit card details may also be taken as security for any additional charges (which may be charged separately by Scala House or the preferred supplier).
Credit Card Surcharge
Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta). A transaction fee of 3% of the total amount payable will be applied when you pay for your booking by Diners Club or American Express card. No transaction fee is applied if payment is made by any other card. Transaction fees are non-refundable.
Scala House expects the apartments_client to be left in a reasonable state on departure. If, at Scala House ’s discretion, additional cleaning is required on departure, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional charge. When the duration of the reservation is in excess of 28 days, a discretionary final cleaning charge of up to £100 plus VAT may be charged. In addition, if an apartment is deemed unfit for occupation, the booker /guest will be obliged to pay compensation to Scala House for loss of revenues in addition to the costs of cleaning and repair. Scala House reserves the right to charge £100 plus VAT (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning to an apartment and/or its contents where smoking has taken place in a smoke free building.

Apartments are available for occupation from 16:00 hours on the day of arrival to 10:00 hours on the day of departure.
