Located on the first floor, Apartment 3 is a light and airy three-bedroom apartment with a luxurious living area, polished concrete floors, exposed brick walls and a planted paved terrace with views across the mews. The generous living space has been set with original mid-century furniture, custom three-seater sofa, and a handwoven vintage Kilim rug. A bespoke Perspex console houses a 49” Smart TV, turntable, Marshall Bluetooth speaker and collection of handpicked records.

The large, fully equipped kitchen benefits from a central breakfast bar fitted with a wine fridge (essential). For dining and entertaining, an original Willy Risso dining table is paired with six leather dining chairs by the same designer.

The family bathroom has an integrated rain shower and bath set with full-sized REN amenities. Each of the three bedrooms have ample built-in wardrobe space and are equipped with super king beds and 32’’ Smart TVs.
