The London Book Fair is in its 43rd year and again returns to Earls Court! With 3 days of seminars, workshops, networking, exhibitors, conferences and events it will be a busy time for those new and accustomed to the event.
Having a space afterwards to relax, eat dinner and have a good nights sleep could be all you need. And a great way to stay in London. Whether you are visiting the event or exhibiting we have serviced apartments perfect for this event.
Are you visiting London to take part in the London Marathon or to support those doing it? Either way we commend you! We have been happy helping people coming to the marathon for years 🙂
And below are London areas ideal for attending this event.
When you arrive, head for Westferry Road via Grime Street and Heron Quays, where you can see the race at the 15-mile stage where things are starting to heat up.
And watch them as they come back on themselves along Heron Quays just after the 18-mile mark. When a lot of those taking part will be hitting the notorious wall’, perfect for some vocal support. And the area is full of bars and restaurants for a rewarding drink and bite after all your vocal obligations have been completed.
Greenwich is the perfect place to stay and watch the marathon as it is one of the starts. The area will be packed with supporters with a buzz. And there is plenty of places to eat and drink. Transport: Greenwich/Cutty Sark DLR or Blackheath rail.
Here you can witness the runners emerge from the underpass at mile 24. And the area has plenty of places to eat and good.
